In some cases, building two ramps side-by-side gives you an advantage. An opponent who’s below you can’t see your exact location when you move back and forth between ramps. Also, if one ramp is about to get destroyed, quickly leap to the other to survive the attack. Yes, this requires more resources, but it’s often worth it.

A “ramp rush” is a strategy that involves building a tall ramp quickly, so you’re able to move directly toward and over an enemy (or their base) to initiate an attack. This strategy is commonly used during an End Game when attacking an enemy holed up in their own fortress.
